1. Sponsor

2. Not affiliated with the Utah Mammoth or the NHL

This promotion is run solely by Vibe89 Digital. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Utah Mammoth, the National Hockey League, or any of their affiliates. All team and league names and marks are the property of their respective owners. Tickets are purchased by Sponsor at retail and awarded as described below.

3. Entry period

The promotion opens on September 17, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time and closes on January 31, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper. Entries recorded outside the Entry Period are void.

4. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Entrants must own, operate, or be employed by a business located in the State of Utah. A Utah business address is required, and Sponsor may ask a potential winner to confirm it before a prize is awarded. Entries without a qualifying Utah business are not eligible and are removed before the drawing.

Employees, contractors and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. How to enter

Online entry. Complete the entry form on vibe89.com with your name, email address and phone number. Both an email address and a phone number are required for an entry to be valid, because they are how a winner is contacted. No purchase or payment of any kind is required.

Free alternate method of entry. You may enter without using the website form and without any obligation to take a demo, a call, or any other service. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line Free Entry, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and the name and Utah address of your business. Alternate entries must be received within the Entry Period and are given exactly the same weight in every drawing as online entries.

Limit one entry per person for the whole promotion, regardless of method. Duplicate entries are removed before the drawings. Entries generated by script, bot, or bulk submission are void, as are entries from anyone who tampers with the entry process.

Requesting a demo, a call, or any other service from Sponsor is never required to enter or to win, and does not improve your chance of winning.

6. Prizes and drawings

Sponsor is awarding tickets on several occasions across the Utah Mammoth season.

Entries carry forward. One entry enters you into each drawing, so entering early gives more chances. A person may win only once: winners are removed from all later drawings.

Each prize is one (1) pair of tickets to a Utah Mammoth regular season home game, with a Vibe89 representative attending the game alongside the winner. The specific game is selected by Sponsor from those available at the time of the award, subject to ticket availability. Approximate retail value of each prize is $300 USD (two tickets at approximately $150 each). Actual value varies by game, date and seat location, and any difference between actual and stated value is not awarded.

Prizes are awarded as-is with no warranty of any kind. They are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be resold. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Transport, parking, food, drink, merchandise and anything else not expressly described here is the winner's responsibility.

7. Odds

Odds of winning any given drawing depend on the number of eligible entries included in that drawing.

8. Winner selection and notification

Each winner is selected at random from all eligible entries included in that drawing, by or on behalf of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

Winners are notified using the email address and phone number supplied with the entry, within three (3) business days of the drawing. A potential winner must respond and confirm eligibility, including the Utah business requirement, within five (5) days of the first notification attempt. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or the notification is returned undeliverable, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Taxes

All federal, state and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where the total value of prizes awarded to one winner in a calendar year reaches $600 USD, Sponsor will request a completed Form W-9 and issue a Form 1099.

10. Privacy and email

Entering online adds your email address to Vibe89's mailing list, which the entry form states at the point of collection. You may unsubscribe from any email we send at any time, and unsubscribing does not affect your entry or your chance of winning. Information collected is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it.

11. Limitation of liability

By entering, you release Sponsor and its officers, employees and agents from any liability for loss, harm or damage arising out of entering this promotion or accepting, possessing or using a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or not recorded for any reason, nor for any technical failure, network outage or human error affecting entry or administration.

12. General conditions

By entering you agree to these Official Rules. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts in bad faith, or violates these rules, and may cancel, suspend or amend the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control corrupts its integrity or proper administration. If the promotion is cancelled, Sponsor may award any remaining prizes at random from eligible entries received to that point.

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law provisions, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
