Do I have to use Resend?

No. We recommend Resend for most small businesses because it is reliable, affordable, and easy to connect to a website. If you already use Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or Shopify Email, we design templates for those too.

Will it work with my Shopify store or Toast POS?

Yes. Order confirmations, booking confirmations, and receipts can be triggered from your website forms, Shopify, Square, Toast, Stripe, or your booking tool. We wire the trigger, design the template, and test it end to end.

Who owns the account and the list?

You do. The Resend account, API keys, verified domain, and every contact list are created in your name. If you ever stop working with us, your email keeps running.

Is this CAN-SPAM compliant?

Marketing emails include a working unsubscribe link, your business address, and honest subject lines, and your domain is authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Receipts and confirmations do not need an unsubscribe link but still send from the authenticated domain.
